太多人发重复的帖子，各种灌水

看着就烦 #04#
比如一个人说一件事，一群人问他刚说的一件事：
A人说：rank要重置了，现在打不了
B人紧接着问：rank怎么打不了？
C人问：rank什么时候重置？
让后D人问：rank到底怎么了？
或者重复发以前发过的帖子：
A人发帖子关于A内容
B人发帖子关于B内容
4个月后，C人发帖子关于A内容
C人又发了一个帖子，关于B内容

这就是这年头的灌水方法？
