请问如何防止被Paypal ChargeBack

我好久没上论坛了，以前大家交易账号的时候，如果走Paypal，都会加一句附言。 （类似于： I will take all the responsibility 之类的）
哪位好心人给个完整版吧，谢谢啦

或者是还有别的方法之类的？

意思就是不拿回钱，但是send money to friend是不会被找回吧， I would not take the charge back in the future, anything mistake is my responsibility.

没用 该找回还是找回 pp不能找回信用卡也能直接从银行找回

send money to friend也可以找回只不过比较难
