卡已经在网上激活了， 但是每次到paypal的界面就说The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.      打完卡号之后 每次都是这样 还tm收了我4快钱的手续费了求大神

Paypal收的是绑定银行卡，不是gift card
