昨天Z8大姨妈，然后突然我在上号我的密码和email就变了，　没办法就投诉Z8他们给我回了这个Thank you for contacting us, we understand that you require specific assistance. In order to assist you further there is a dedicated section/department for account recovery issues which requires you to fill out information regarding the account.

用别的CF号上submit a ticket 然后选CrossFire、Account Administration
