Thank you for contacting Z8Games support. We are aware of some issues that some players experienced after the last update. We updated the game and most users are now able to play normally. If you are still facing some problems, we advise you to perform the following steps:
1) Uninstall the game completely
2) Perform system cleaning (CCleaner)
3) Disable your antivirus' real-time protection
4) Re-download the game
5) Install the game
6) Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
7) Re-enable real-time protection
If your antivirus software's real-time scanner is active while you are downloading the game, it could result in corruption of the download. Temporarily disable your real-time scanner, then re-download the game client. Keep real-time scanning disabled while you install the game. Make sure to add the entire Crossfire folder to your antivirus' exceptions list before you re-enable the real-time scanner.
If you are still facing any issue after these steps, please submit another ticket with the specific issue and a screenshot of the error you receive.
